Service Engineer

Job Description

Jyoti Industries is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery at customer sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical maintenance knowledge, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure smooth machine operations and high client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Install, assemble, and commission industrial machines at customer locations. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure optimum machine performance. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently. Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize machine downtime. Attend customer service calls and resolve technical complaints promptly. Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical manuals, and machine schematics. Replace damaged machine parts and ensure proper machine functionality. Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and installation documentation. Provide basic machine operation and safety training to customers. Coordinate with internal technical and service teams for timely issue resolution. Travel to customer sites whenever required for installation and service support. Required Qualifications 12th Pass / ITI / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in machine installation, maintenance, or industrial service. Fresh candidates with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
