Key Responsibilities Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, hardware, and IT equipment. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and networking issues. Install and configure Windows operating systems, applications, drivers, and security tools. Set up and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and connectivity issues. Identify and resolve network performance and connectivity problems. Provide on-site/field technical support to customers and users. Perform regular maintenance and servicing of computer systems and networking equipment. Replace or repair faulty hardware components whenever required. Maintain service reports, troubleshooting records, and technical documentation. Ensure timely resolution of customer technical issues. Follow company procedures and IT service standards. Skills Required Computer Hardware Troubleshooting Network Troubleshooting LAN/WAN Networking Router & Switch Configuration Windows Operating System TCP/IP & Basic Networking Hardware Installation & Maintenance Software Installation & Configuration IT Technical Support Field Service & Customer Support Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Eligibility Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Above Experience: 0–6+ years in Hardware, Networking, IT Support, or a related technical field. Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and hands-on skills may also be considered. Good understanding of computer hardware and networking concepts. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently. Willingness to travel to customer/client locations as part of the field job. Good communication and customer-handling skills.
