Service Engineer – Gym Equipment

Job Description

The India Fitness Connect Private Limited is looking for a Service Engineer to manage the installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gym and fitness equipment. The role involves field visits, customer support, and timely resolution of technical issues. Role & Responsibilities Install, commission, and maintain gym equipment at customer locations. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues. Attend service requests and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment servicing. Travel to client locations for installation and technical support. Maintain accurate service records and update the company database. Ensure timely completion of assigned service calls. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Required Skills Electrical troubleshooting Equipment installation and maintenance Field service experience Mechanical troubleshooting Problem-solving Customer handling Technical communication Service documentation Willingness to travel Basic English communication Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in gym/fitness equipment, electrical equipment, machinery servicing, or similar technical field-service roles will be preferred.
