Job Description

M/s Serwell Power Systems is hiring motivated and technically skilled Service Engineers to handle the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of diesel generators and power system equipment at customer locations. This is a field-based role requiring regular site visits, technical troubleshooting, and excellent customer support. Fresh ITI graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply Key Responsibilities Install, commission, and service generators at customer sites. Perform preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of generator systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults. Repair defective components and ensure equipment is functioning efficiently. Attend customer service requests and resolve technical issues within the committed turnaround time. Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and job completion documentation. Coordinate with customers regarding maintenance schedules and service updates. Ensure compliance with company safety standards and operational procedures during field visits. Support warranty and post-warranty service activities. Freshers with sound technical knowledge are welcome to apply. Knowledge of diesel generators and power systems will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel for field service assignments. Valid two-wheeler driving ability is preferred.
