Job Description

Really Agritech Private Limited is looking for a Service Engineer to install, maintain, and troubleshoot agricultural machinery at customer locations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities Install and commission agricultural machinery and equipment at customer sites. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance. Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions. Conduct machine inspections and servicing as per maintenance schedules. Train customers on machine operation and basic maintenance. Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer support. Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service. Follow company safety standards and operational procedures. Eligibility Criteria Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Engineer or Field Service Technician. Basic English communication skills. Willingness to travel to customer locations. Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
