Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Associate to manage customer interactions, sales activities, service coordination, and business operations in the automotive service industry. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in automobile sales and services. Handle B2C sales and customer service interactions. Understand customer vehicle requirements and recommend suitable services. Explain repair options, costs, warranties, and service benefits to customers. Schedule service appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups. Coordinate with mechanics and service technicians for timely vehicle delivery. Monitor service workflow and ensure customer commitments are met. Support sales targets and contribute to business growth. Handle customer queries, complaints, and difficult situations professionally. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details. Coordinate parts availability and service requirements. Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Be willing to relocate to different branches across Tamil Nadu.
