Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Representative / Office Executive to manage inbound business inquiries and support sales operations. This is a completely office-based role with no field work involved. The candidate will be responsible for handling leads received through digital platforms, sharing product information, and maintaining accurate customer records. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound B2B inquiries received through IndiaMart, Instagram, Facebook Ads, and other online channels. Understand customer requirements and provide product details, quotations, and pricing information. Promote and explain perfume oils, fragrances, bottles, and related products to prospective customers. Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships. Record customer interactions, inquiries, and sales data in Excel sheets and CRM systems. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support. Ensure timely responses to customer queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Support daily office operations related to sales and lead management.
