Job Summary Chadha Developers and Promoters is looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, strategic sales planning skills, and the capability to achieve business targets in a competitive market environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans. Monitor daily sales activities and evaluate team performance. Generate new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners. Conduct competitor analysis and identify market trends. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution. Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis reports. Handle customer escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction. Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Ensure proper follow-up and conversion of leads into successful sales. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
