Sales Manager – Real Estate

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead and manage sales operations for residential and/or commercial projects. The role involves driving sales performance, managing a team of sales executives, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales strategies and market planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
• Handle high-value client meetings, property site visits, and negotiations
• Generate business through walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and brokers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and investors
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and conversion ratios
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation and promotional campaigns
• Ensure accurate sales documentation, bookings, and compliance with company policies
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Eligibility & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales (team handling preferred)
• Strong understanding of property sales cycles, documentation, and negotiations
