Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive – Technical Sales to drive business growth by promoting technical products, systems, or solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and delivering effective solutions while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, client meetings, and lead generation.
  • Present and sell technical products, systems, or solutions to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to close sales deals.

Technical Coordination:

  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain systems, structures, or machinery as per client requirements.
  • Assist in solving technical challenges by coordinating innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Ensure smooth execution of projects by acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
  • Address client concerns and provide post-sales support for customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Process Management:

  • Maintain accurate sales records, client data, and project updates.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Sales / Technical Sales (Mandatory).
  • Experience in selling technical products, systems, machinery, or solutions preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
