Sales Executive

Job Description

Prasha Energy Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote solar energy solutions across Parvathipuram, Srikakulam, and Vizianagaram. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into successful sales. Key Responsibilities Generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects. Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers. Explain solar solutions, cost savings, subsidies, and financing options. Promote rooftop solar solutions, including PM Surya Ghar initiatives. Follow up with leads and convert prospects into confirmed orders. Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys and quotations. Develop relationships with businesses, institutions, dealers, and channel partners. Achieve monthly sales and project targets. Maintain accurate lead and customer records. Provide regular sales updates to management. Requirements Education: Graduate preferred; Diploma/ITI candidates with relevant experience can apply. Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or relevant field. Experience in solar, electrical, construction, insurance, telecom, or field sales is preferred. Good communication skills in Telugu; basic English preferred. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Freshers with strong sales skills and interest may also apply.
