Smart Detective and Allied Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telecallers for manpower support at Canara Bank Regional Offices, Bengaluru. We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused candidates who can handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and maintain excellent customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Attend inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Explain products and services clearly to customers. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, feedback, and renewals. Maintain accurate call records and update customer information in the CRM/database. Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when required. Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets. Build and maintain positive customer relationships Eligibility Criteria Bachelor's degree preferred. Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language. Basic computer knowledge. Knowledge of CRM software is an added advantage. Preferred Skills Telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasion and negotiation abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
