Job Description

We are hiring Tele callers for Insurance Sales. Contact potential customers to promote insurance products (life, health, motor) Explain policy features, benefits, and assist in closing sales over the phone Follow up on leads and maintain accurate call records Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Ensure high customer satisfaction and handle basic queries Strong communication and convincing skills required Prior telesales or insurance experience preferred Basic computer knowledge is essential IRDA certification is a plus (not mandatory) Fixed salary + performance-based incentives and bonuses
