Sales Executive

Job Description

A & A Corporation is hiring Sales Executives for its teams in Gujarat and Telangana. We are looking for motivated and target-oriented sales professionals with 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, field sales, or client relationship management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be proficient in Hindi, Telugu, and English. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving assigned business targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new sales leads and identify potential customers in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product or service solutions. Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, and regular client follow-ups. Convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service. Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Travel within the assigned territory as required for business development and client meetings. Candidate Requirements 2–4 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or Client Relationship Management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Hindi, Telugu, and English. Good negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills. Target-driven and result-oriented approach. Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel within the assigned location when required. Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA (₹4,00,000 per annum) Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
