Sales Executive-Interior Design & Renovation

Adritha Industries is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive sales for its interior design, renovation, and fit-out services. The role involves client interaction, site visits, sales follow-ups, negotiation, and coordination with internal teams to convert leads into projects.

Role & Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, online platforms, networking, and other sources.
Understand clients’ interior design, renovation, and fit-out requirements.
Schedule client meetings and site visits.
Present services and explain project offerings to prospective clients.
Coordinate with design and estimation teams for quotations and proposals.
Follow up with clients and negotiate to close sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Track leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
Coordinate with project and design teams during project handover.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and customer requirements.
