Navkar Engineering Company is hiring a Sales Executive – Industrial Equipment to promote and sell premium industrial tools and cleaning equipment to manufacturing plants, engineering companies, and industrial clients across Surat and Bharuch. The candidate should be passionate about field sales, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through field visits and client meetings. Promote industrial tools, pneumatic equipment, and industrial cleaning solutions. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at customer locations. Build and maintain long-term relationships with industrial clients. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales orders. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into customers. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and after-sales support. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Required Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. ITI candidates with relevant industrial sales experience are also eligible. Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B, industrial, or field sales. Eligibility Criteria Experience: 1–3 Years Education: Diploma / BE / B.Tech / ITI (Relevant Stream) English: Basic English Age: 18–45 Years Gender: Male Must possess a valid driving license. Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler preferred. Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
