The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic about sales, and capable of delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media. Arrange meetings with potential customers to understand their requirements and concerns. Present and explain company products and services effectively to prospective clients. Prepare regular sales reports, reviews, and performance updates. Ensure product availability for demonstrations and customer requirements. Negotiate and close sales deals while addressing customer objections and concerns. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and organizational sales targets. Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve products and services. Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Hindi; knowledge of English will be an added advantage. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Fast learner with a passion for sales and customer service. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidates are preferred. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Strong customer handling and convincing skills.
