Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining Stashfin's financial products, generating leads, and assisting customers with loan and credit-related services. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain loan, credit line, and financial products to customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales. Maintain customer records and update CRM systems. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer service. Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and documentation. Required Skills Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling. Ability to work under target-oriented environments. Strong customer handling skills.
