What You'll Do Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads. Explain matrimony services and convert leads into customers. Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally. Build strong relationships with customers and maintain regular communication. Track calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance. Maintain customer information and sales records using CRM and MS Excel. Achieve individual and team sales targets. Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion. What We're Looking For 1–6 years of experience in Telesales, BDE, BPO, Sales, or Customer Acquisition. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass. Strong communication skills in Hindi and English. Good convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software. Positive attitude with a strong focus on results.
