The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion, customer relationship management, follow-ups, and providing excellent customer support. Candidates with experience in financial services, insurance, real estate, or related industries will be preferred Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services. Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information. Convert leads into sales through effective communication and convincing skills. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to close sales opportunities. Update and manage customer records in CRM software on a daily basis. Resolve customer concerns and provide timely solutions. Maintain call logs, sales reports, and feedback records. Build strong customer relationships for repeat business and customer retention. Coordinate with internal departments for smooth sales operations and customer support. Eligibility Criteria Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, CRM, Customer Support, or Sales. Experience in BFSI, Insurance, Real Estate, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
