Job Title: Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to identify customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
