Our mission is to help brands grow efficiently in the competitive online retail ecosystem. Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Executives to join our inside sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about sales and enjoy interacting with clients over calls. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients (Amazon/Flipkart sellers) Explain company services such as e-commerce management, cataloguing, and photoshoots Generate leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects Update and manage basic client information in records/CRM Eligibility Criteria Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream) Languages: Hindi (mandatory) + Basic English Compensation & Benefits Fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives Clear career growth path: Telecaller → BDE → Manager Supportive and collaborative work environment Training and skill development opportunities Day shift (No night shifts)
