Sales Engineer

Job Description

Omkar Staffing Solutions is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and helping customers identify the best solutions for their business needs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers. Understand customer requirements through discovery meetings and recommend suitable solutions. Work closely with the sales team during customer meetings and technical discussions. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, implementation plans, and business case documents. Set up and manage Product Demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) installations. Troubleshoot technical issues during product evaluations and customer trials. Coordinate with internal engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback and feature requests. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support. Train customers on product usage, installation, and best practices. Ensure successful customer onboarding and maintain high customer satisfaction. Required Skills Technical Product Demonstration Pre-Sales Support Customer Requirement Analysis Technical Presentations Proposal Preparation Proof of Concept (PoC) Customer Training Technical Troubleshooting Communication Skills Team Collaboration Preferred Candidate Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Engineer, Technical Sales Executive, or Pre-Sales Engineer. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and effective manner. Willing to travel for customer meetings if required.
