Technocrats Sales and Services is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive B2B sales and business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer engagement, quotation preparation, sales follow-ups, order conversion, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates with a diploma and an interest in industrial or technical sales are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Identify potential industries and generate new business leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email campaigns, and other outreach methods. Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while acquiring new clients. Understand customer requirements and prepare quotations and technical offers. Follow up on quotations, negotiate with customers, and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with customers for payment collection and follow up on outstanding payments. Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and activity updates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery. Eligibility Criteria Education: Diploma (Technical preferred) Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Gender: Male Language: Basic English Willingness to travel locally for client meetings, if required.
