Sales Engineer

Job Description

Mox Fabricators and Engineers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Engineer to promote and sell industrial cranes and material handling equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, understanding customer requirements, preparing techno-commercial quotations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Candidates with experience in industrial equipment, engineering products, or B2B sales are preferred. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial and manufacturing sectors. Conduct customer visits to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Prepare and submit techno-commercial quotations and proposals. Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize sales orders. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams for timely project execution. Follow up on inquiries, leads, and pending quotations to maximize conversions. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Participate in exhibitions, industrial events, and marketing activities. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
