Sales Coordinator

Job Description

ob Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the lighting and interior solutions segment. The candidate will coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, and the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, quotations, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in preparing product quotations, BOQs, and proposals for lighting and interior projects.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and clients for product specifications and order details.
• Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of lighting products.
• Maintain records of sales orders, client details, and project updates.
• Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Provide product information, catalogues, and technical details to customers.
• Assist in tracking sales targets and preparing sales reports.
• Support the team in managing commercial, residential, and architectural lighting projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in lighting, interiors, or building materials industry.
• Good knowledge of lighting products, decorative lights, architectural lighting, or interior products is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
