We are hiring Recovery Executives to handle loan and credit card collection processes. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, resolving payment-related concerns, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional customer relationships Key Responsibilities Contact customers for payment reminders and recovery follow-ups. Negotiate repayment schedules and payment commitments. Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues. Maintain collection records and update customer information. Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets. Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team. Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.
