We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our team across our Head Branch in Greater Noida and Second Branch in Noida. Role Summary:As a Telesales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential property buyers. Your primary role is to handle inbound/outbound calls, pitch real estate projects, generate qualified leads, and book site visits for our field sales team. Key Responsibilities: Calling & Pitching: Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database and explain property details, configurations, and pricing offers. Lead Generation: Identify customer requirements, filter genuine buyers, and maintain a hot pipeline of leads. Site Visit Scheduling: Convince clients and successfully schedule site visits or face-to-face meetings for the sales team. Data Management: Maintain clear, updated records of client interactions, feedback, and call statuses in the CRM or excel sheets. Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly call volume and lead generation targets.
