Job Summary Husak Properties is hiring a motivated and customer-oriented Real Estate Relationship Manager to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, coordinating property visits, and closing sales while building long-term client relationships. Freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced candidates up to 2 years are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in clients. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties. Generate and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunities. Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process. Maintain accurate customer data and update CRM records. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and successful deal closures. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Stay updated with market trends and available property inventory. Candidate Requirements Gender: Female Preferred Age: 20 Years & Above Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers Welcome) Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency. Positive attitude with a customer-first approach. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Working Details Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Friday (Fixed) Dress Code: Formal Job Type: Full-Time Work Location: Central Delhi
