QC Incharge Cum Production Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and technically sound QC Incharge Cum Production Manager to manage production activities and quality control operations at our manufacturing facility in Vatva, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, quality approvals, documentation, inventory coordination, safety compliance, and ensuring smooth production operations, preferably with experience in the dyes and pigments industry. Key Responsibilities Plan and monitor daily production activities to meet quality and output targets. Coordinate production planning with cross-functional teams. Manage production, QC and R&D records and documentation. Inspect and approve semi-finished and finished materials as per quality standards. Monitor raw material and inventory requirements. Ensure compliance with health, safety and manufacturing standards. Support internal and external audits and maintain required documentation. Identify production or quality issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with QC, R&D and other departments for smooth operations. Maintain production efficiency and minimize material wastage. Required Skills Knowledge of production planning and inventory management. Understanding of quality control processes and documentation. Knowledge of dyes and pigments manufacturing is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and team coordination abilities.
