QA / QC Manager

Job Description

Aleph Accreditation and Testing Centre Private Limited is looking for experienced QA/QC Managers or Quality Management System (QMS) Consultants to join its panel for project-based assignments across India. Selected candidates will be engaged on client projects involving ISO 9001:2015 implementation, auditing, documentation, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. Conduct gap analysis and quality assessments. Perform internal audits, compliance audits, and pre-certification assessments. Prepare QMS manuals, SOPs, procedures, and audit reports. Guide clients on quality improvements and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with project teams and client representatives. Maintain documentation related to audits and certifications. Ensure timely completion of assigned quality projects. Required Skills Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards Quality Management Systems (QMS) Internal & Lead Auditing Documentation and Compliance Root Cause Analysis Client Coordination Excellent Communication Skills Eligibility Criteria Education: Graduate in Engineering, Science, Management, or related discipline. Experience: Minimum 1 year in QMS implementation, auditing, or quality consulting. Certifications in Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor (ISO 9001:2015) or BIS-approved training are preferred.
