Proposal Engineer – Water & Wastewater Projects

India Water Life is looking for a Proposal Engineer with experience in designing and preparing technical proposals for Water & Wastewater Treatment projects. The candidate should have knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ preparation, hydraulic calculations, and proposal engineering for STP, WTP, ETP, and UF plants. Key Responsibilities Prepare technical proposals and tender documentation for water treatment projects. Design STP, WTP, ETP, and Ultra Filtration (UF) systems as per project requirements. Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and cost estimations. Perform hydraulic calculations and equipment sizing. Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), layouts, and GA drawings using AutoCAD. Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and project execution teams. Review technical specifications, customer requirements, and tender documents. Assist in preparing technical presentations and project documentation. Required Skills AutoCAD BOQ Preparation & Estimation Hydraulic Calculations STP/WTP/ETP Design Ultra Filtration (UF) Systems Proposal Engineering Technical Documentation Tender Preparation Candidate Requirements Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in proposal/design engineering. Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment systems. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic English communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering. Experience in EPC or Water Treatment Industry will be an added advantage.
