Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, achieve production targets, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth coordination across the shop floor. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities. Ensure production targets, quality, and delivery timelines are achieved. Supervise and guide shop-floor teams for efficient operations. Monitor machine performance and resolve production-related issues. Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and other departments. Maintain production reports, records, and inventory-related data. Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Ensure workplace safety and manufacturing procedures are followed. Support machinery installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting. Maintain proper documentation and production records. Required Skills Production Planning & Management Manufacturing Process Knowledge Team Management Production Reporting MS Excel AutoCAD & Engineering Drawings Quality Control & Problem Solving Machine Handling & Troubleshooting Cross-functional Coordination Process Improvement Preferred Experience in machine manufacturing or industrial production.
