Job Description

Shailbala Technology is looking for a skilled PHP Laravel Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using Laravel Framework and PHP. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while ensuring high performance, security, and clean code practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel. Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party APIs. Develop and maintain backend services and business logic. Design and optimize MySQL databases and queries. Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements. Write reusable, secure, and efficient code following coding standards. Troubleshoot application bugs and resolve technical issues. Optimize application performance and scalability. Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities. Maintain project documentation and version control using Git. Required Skills Strong knowledge of PHP and Laravel Framework. Experience with MySQL database design and optimization. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap. Experience in REST API development and integration. Knowledge of MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP). Familiarity with Git and version control systems. Basic understanding of Linux server environments and cPanel. Ability to debug and troubleshoot application issues. Preferred Skills Experience with Vue.js or React.js. Knowledge of AJAX and jQuery. Familiarity with cloud hosting and deployment. Understanding of payment gateway integration. Experience with API authentication (JWT, Sanctum, Passport). Basic knowledge of Agile development methodology. Eigibility Criteria 1–3 years of experience in PHP Laravel development. Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
