Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Phlebotomist to perform home blood sample collection across Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for safe and accurate blood collection, ECG procedures when required, proper sample handling, documentation, and timely transportation of samples to the laboratory. Job Responsibilities Visit patients' homes according to the assigned schedule. Collect blood samples using Vacutainer and other approved techniques. Perform ECG procedures when required. Label, barcode, document, and handle samples accurately. Maintain proper hygiene, safety standards, and cold-chain requirements. Ensure timely transportation of collected samples to the laboratory. Explain sample collection procedures and fasting requirements to patients. Maintain professional and courteous communication with patients. Requirements DMLT / MLT certification is preferred/mandatory for the role. B.Sc Nursing or GNM candidates may also be considered. Minimum 6 months of Vacutainer blood collection experience preferred. Home sample collection experience will be an advantage. Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is required. Willingness to travel within the assigned Bengaluru area. Basic English communication skills.
