Oracle Fusion PaaS Solution Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PaaS Solution Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of integration and extension solutions for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle PaaS services, API architecture, and enterprise integration solutions. The role involves defining technical architecture, ensuring scalability and security, supporting AMS environments, and providing technical leadership to development teams while aligning solutions with business requirements. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the overall solution architecture for Oracle Fusion integrations and extensions. Design, develop, and govern integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Architect Oracle PaaS-based applications and custom solutions integrated with Oracle Fusion. Design integration patterns using REST APIs, SOAP services, and event-driven architecture. Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security best practices. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams. Review and approve technical designs, architecture documents, and solution approaches. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support critical P1 incidents when required. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in transition activities and knowledge transfer sessions. Maintain architecture standards, documentation, and governance processes. Support AMS (Application Management Services) operations and enhancements. Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle technical consulting, integration, or solution architecture. Strong experience in designing enterprise-level Oracle integration solutions. Experience working in AMS/support environments is preferred. Exposure to transition and knowledge transfer activities is an added advantage. Oracle PaaS and Oracle Integration certifications are highly preferred. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead and mentor technical teams. Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Language Requirement Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory. Working Conditions Must be willing to work according to UAE business hours. Should be available for on-call support during critical P1 incidents when required.
