We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Administrator to manage, monitor, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud environments, ensuring high availability, performance, security, and stable operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud administration, user security, environment management, and AMS support operations. The role requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams to support ongoing business operations, enhancements, and critical incident management. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage Oracle Fusion Cloud environments including ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM. Monitor system performance, health, and availability. Manage user accounts, security roles, and access controls. Coordinate environment refreshes, cloning, patching, and release management activities. Support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and API integrations from an administration perspective. Troubleshoot application and system issues. Provide L2/L3 support and resolve incidents within SLA timelines. Handle critical P1 incidents, including off-hours and on-call support when required. Coordinate with Oracle support and third-party vendors for issue resolution. Support backup, recovery, and environment lifecycle management activities. Participate in transition and knowledge transfer activities. Maintain system documentation, operational procedures, and support documents. Minimum 6 years of experience in Cloud Administration or Oracle System Administration. Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS). Strong knowledge of environment lifecycle management. Experience in AMS/support environments is preferred. Exposure to transition and knowledge transfer activities is an added advantage. Oracle Cloud certifications are preferred. Soft Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and within teams. Excellent stakeholder management skills. Language Requirement Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory. Working Conditions Must be willing to work according to UAE business hours. Should be available for on-call support during critical P1 incidents when required.
