Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and ensure seamless process execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing operational activities, leading teams, improving efficiency, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting business growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities across departments. Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational goals. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Monitor operational performance metrics and prepare MIS reports for management review. Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues effectively. Support management in business planning, reporting, and growth initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline (Finance/Management preferred). 2–8 years of experience in Operations Management, Banking, NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services. Strong experience in team handling and process management. Good knowledge of MIS reporting and operational controls. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
