✨ Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and streamline our order and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics operations, timely deliveries, and excellent customer satisfaction. 🚀 Key Responsibilities Handle order manifestation and ensure accurate shipment creation Manage end-to-end order processing from dispatch to final delivery Monitor shipments and ensure timely and smooth delivery Resolve delivery-related issues such as delays, failed deliveries, and customer complaints Control and minimize RTO (Return to Origin) cases Track and follow up on NDR (Non-Delivery Reports) for quick resolution Coordinate effectively with courier partners and internal teams 🎯 Requirements Basic knowledge of logistics and operations Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Familiarity with Excel or order management systems is a plus 💡 Why Join Us?
