Techwysh Energy Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Trainee Field Operators / Yard Support to join its Oil & Gas operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in the oil and gas industry. Selected candidates will support field and yard operations, assist in equipment maintenance, and gain hands-on experience while working with experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily oilfield and yard operations. Support maintenance, inspection, and cleaning of oilfield equipment. Help with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment in the yard. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. Assist senior field operators during site operations. Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition. Prepare basic work reports and maintenance records. Learn oilfield operational procedures and industry best practices. Travel to field locations as required. Required Qualifications Diploma in any discipline, OR Bachelor's Degree (BA, B.Com, or equivalent) Candidates with Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum-related backgrounds will have an added advantage. Preferred Skills Willingness to work in field conditions. Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment. Teamwork and communication skills. Problem-solving ability.
