Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator (Female Preferred) to manage day-to-day office operations, client communication, order processing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email. Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately using Email and Microsoft Excel. Prepare and maintain sales orders through Excel templates. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Follow up with existing and prospective customers regarding orders and inquiries. Draft professional emails, letters, and documents using Microsoft Word. Maintain accurate customer and order records. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery. Support daily office administration and documentation. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Email. Comfortable with telecalling and customer follow-ups. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic data entry and record management skills. Professional attitude and willingness to learn. Eligibility Gender: Female Preferred Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Preferred Candidate Profile Positive and customer-focused attitude.
