We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiters who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities and help organizations hire the right talent. Job Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions. Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Shine, Indeed, and social media platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Achieve recruitment targets within the assigned timelines. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Required Skills: Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle. Experience using job portals like other sourcing platforms. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and coordination abilities. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment or staffing. Good command of English communication. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
