Next.js / Node.js Developer

Job Description

We are looking for a Next.js / Node.js Developer to develop, maintain, and optimize modern web applications. The role involves frontend and backend development, API integration, database management, authentication, deployment, and troubleshooting. Develop responsive web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript. Build and integrate secure REST APIs and backend services. Work with Next.js App Router, Server Components, and Server Actions. Create reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services. Implement authentication, authorization, JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control. Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases. Develop admin dashboards, user management systems, and business modules. Optimize applications for performance, SEO, security, and scalability. Handle file uploads, notifications, background processes, and scheduled tasks. Deploy and maintain applications on VPS or cloud platforms. Troubleshoot production issues and resolve bugs efficiently. Use Git and GitHub for version control and collaborative development. Coordinate with UI/UX designers and mobile app developers. Required Skills Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. Hands-on knowledge of Next.js, React.js, and Node.js. Understanding of Express.js or NestJS. Knowledge of REST API development and integration. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Familiarity with Prisma, Sequelize, TypeORM, or Mongoose. Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of Git and GitHub. Basic understanding of Linux and application deployment. Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Redis, WebSockets, or Socket.IO. Docker, Nginx, and PM2. Payment gateway or fintech API integration. Queues, cron jobs, and background workers. AWS, DigitalOcean, Hostinger VPS, or Vercel. Next.js integration with Flutter applications. Automated testing and CI/CD. Multi-tenant SaaS application development. Candidate Profile Ability to work independently on development modules.
