Job Summary We are looking for a News Journalist / Outreach & PR Executive to manage media outreach, journalist relationships, and digital PR campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong English writing skills, basic knowledge of journalism, and the ability to build relationships with journalists and publishers to secure expert quotes, guest posts, interviews, and media coverage. Key Responsibilities Monitor journalist requests and media opportunities daily. Respond to journalist queries with informative, editorial-style content. Build and maintain journalist, editor, and publication databases. Conduct outreach for guest posts, interviews, expert quotes, and media placements. Coordinate with content writers to prepare publish-ready articles. Track outreach campaigns, responses, and published articles. Research high-authority websites for guest posting opportunities. Ensure communication remains editorial and non-promotional. Maintain reports using Google Sheets and other productivity tools. Required Skills Excellent English writing and communication skills. Basic understanding of journalism and editorial writing. Strong research and analytical abilities. Knowledge of PR, media outreach, and guest posting. Familiarity with Google Sheets and email communication. Ability to identify quality publications and media opportunities. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Featured.com, Qwoted, Muck Rack, or similar journalist platforms. Basic knowledge of SEO and backlink strategies. Understanding of AI, SaaS, Business, Marketing, or Technology industries. Previous PR placements or published articles are an added advantage.
