We are seeking an experienced MSD 365 Portal Developer (Power Platform) with strong expertise in Power Pages, Dynamics 365 CE, and Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and configuring self-service portals, integrating enterprise applications, and delivering scalable solutions using Microsoft technologies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and maintain Power Pages and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions while ensuring seamless integrations and exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and test self-service portals using Microsoft Power Pages. Develop technical solutions based on Agile user stories and backlog requirements. Create technical tasks, unit test cases, and test scripts in Azure DevOps. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE applications according to business requirements. Develop custom Power Pages solutions using Liquid Templates. Collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders. Integrate Power Pages and Dynamics 365 CE with Contact Center applications, Chatbots, SAP, ERP systems, and payment gateways. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of portal applications. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing solutions. Support end-user training and user adoption initiatives. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for internal teams. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices. Participate in project planning, solution design, and implementation activities. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in Power Pages portal development. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE functionalities. Experience with custom portal development using Liquid Templates. Knowledge of Contact Center applications, IVR systems, and self-service portals. Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP systems, SAP, Chatbots, and payment gateways. Understanding of web development concepts and user-centered design. Experience with Azure DevOps testing and deployment processes. Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team collaboration and leadership skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality. Preferred Skills: SAP integration experience. ITIL/ITSM knowledge. Enterprise application implementation experience. Contact center and customer service solution expertise. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
