Job Description

Apple Repair Station is looking for an experienced Mobile Sales Executive to handle customers, promote mobile phones and accessories, explain product features, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling and communication skills along with practical experience in mobile retail or counter sales. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their mobile and accessory requirements. Explain product features, specifications, pricing, offers, and warranties. Demonstrate mobile phones, accessories, and related products to customers. Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and budget. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell mobile accessories and related products. Handle billing, payments, exchanges, and product returns as required. Maintain proper product displays and ensure stock availability. Assist with inventory checking and coordinate stock requirements. Maintain a clean and organized sales counter/store area. Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service. Stay updated about new mobile models, accessories, offers, and market trends. Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile sales, retail sales, or counter sales. 12th Pass or above. Good communication and customer-handling skills. Strong product demonstration and selling abilities. Target-oriented and confident in closing sales. Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and retail inventory. Ability to work 6 days a week from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Benefits Competitive salary of ₹18,000 – ₹27,000 per month.
