RTS Software is looking for a talented Mobile cum Full Stack Developer to join our development team in Madurai. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications, mobile applications, and backend services. You will work on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable applications while collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies. Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter. Design and develop secure RESTful APIs and backend services. Integrate frontend, mobile applications, and backend databases. Optimize application performance, scalability, and code quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. Collaborate with designers, developers, and project stakeholders. Maintain code using Git version control and follow development best practices. Participate in testing, deployment, and maintenance activities. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of professional experience in Full Stack and Mobile Application Development. Strong knowledge of React.js for frontend development. Hands-on experience with Node.js (Express.js) and Laravel (PHP). Experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart). Good understanding of REST APIs and backend integration. Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases. Knowledge of Git version control. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and software development lifecycle. Good understanding of AI prompting and AI-assisted development tools is an added advantage. Preferred Skills Experience deploying applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Firebase, or DigitalOcean. Understanding of software architecture and application security best practices. Educational Qualification Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. B.Sc. Computer Science / B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent. Why Join RTS Software?
