Manufacturing Engineer

Micro Fine Technology is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer to manage production processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure timely manufacturing of products while maintaining quality standards Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day manufacturing operations. Develop and implement efficient production workflows. Monitor manpower, machines, and material utilization. Ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations. Analyze production data and prepare performance reports. Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules with the maintenance team. Reduce production losses and improve overall equipment efficiency. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production department. Requirements Post Graduate in Engineering or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in production/manufacturing. Understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial practices. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Good organizational and reporting skills. Basic English proficiency.
