About the Role Antino Labs is looking for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for industrial applications in the refinery and petrochemical sector. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Python, MLOps, SQL, and cloud technologies, with hands-on experience in building production-ready ML models. This role offers an opportunity to work on real-world industrial challenges involving time-series forecasting, predictive analytics, process optimization, and AI-powered automation. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning solutions. Build scalable AI/ML pipelines for cloud and on-premise environments. Develop predictive and time-series forecasting models for industrial process data. Perform feature engineering on structured and multivariate datasets. Build optimization models to improve operational efficiency, energy consumption, and production yield. Develop and maintain Python and SQL-based data pipelines. Train, evaluate, deploy, monitor, and retrain ML models. Implement MLOps practices including model versioning, CI/CD, monitoring, and automated retraining. Work with high-frequency industrial data from SCADA, OPC, PHD, and historian systems. Collaborate with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Process Engineers, and business stakeholders. Ensure deployed AI systems are scalable, reliable, and production-ready. Stay updated with emerging AI, Machine Learning, and industrial analytics technologies. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Python programming. Excellent knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts. Hands-on experience with Time-Series Forecasting and Predictive Analytics. Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation. Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines. Knowledge of MLOps practices and model deployment. Experience with: Scikit-learn TensorFlow PyTorch Pandas NumPy SciPy Matplotlib Flask/Django Understanding of feature engineering techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory, or Databricks. Knowledge of Apache Spark or PySpark. Experience with Kafka, MQTT, or real-time data streaming. Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, or LangGraph.
