Acoustika India Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Label Pasting / Processing Associate to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately labeling products, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and supporting smooth production operations. Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Apply labels accurately on products according to company guidelines. Ensure labels are properly aligned, clean, and free from wrinkles or damage. Verify product details before labeling to ensure accuracy. Perform basic processing and packaging activities as assigned. Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues to the supervisor. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Meet daily production and labeling targets while maintaining quality standards. Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures. Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure timely order completion. Required Skills Good attention to detail. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. Basic understanding of production or warehouse processes. Teamwork and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physically fit for standing and handling production-related tasks. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in labeling, packaging, production, warehouse, or manufacturing operations is an advantage but not mandatory. Willingness to work in a production environment and follow company SOPs.
